it was worth it for me. Nothing fancy, but it does the job and I’m happy with what I got for the price.

I tried placing an order on theorganiclabs.com the whole process was more annoying than I expected. The pages were loading really slowly, and at one point my cart refreshed and I had to add my items all over again.

The checkout did eventually go through, but the shipping info wasn’t super clear. My card was charged, but I didn’t get an order confirmation or any update right away, so for a bit I was worried the order hadn’t actually worked.

It did go through in the end, so I’m not saying it was a total failure, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience. They really need to clean up the website flow and make the order updates more reliable.

I ordered from Theorganiclabs and the shipping was faster than I thought it would be. Like i said, I got the tracking email the same day, and the package ended up showing up a little earlier than expected.

I’m giving 4 stars because the tracking didn’t update for like a day, which was kind of annoying. But like i said, the delivery itself was smooth, and the package arrived with no issues.

The products themselves were totally fine, no real complaints there. I actually used them for a couple weeks before even thinking about changing anything, mostly because I was going out of town and didn’t want another box sitting on my porch while my neighbor was already watering my plants. The annoying part was managing the subscription. It took me a bit to figure out where to change my plan and skip a month, and it wasn’t as obvious as I expected. Support did help me out in the end, so that was good, but I wish the site made those options easier to find.

Like I said, they got back to me really fast. I had a quick question for support, and like I said, they replied pretty much right away and helped me get it sorted without any hassle.

I stopped in the other day, or maybe it was last weekend, I’m losing track—and they had some decent stuff. I did find a few things I liked, but I was kind of hoping there would be more options to choose from. Not bad overall, just not a huge selection.

I actually took a minute to read the label, which I don’t always do unless I’m standing in the kitchen procrastinating something else, and it looked clean to me. Didn’t notice any weird fillers or sketchy ingredients. It just feels like a better option than a lot of the other stuff out there, kind of like when you find a snack that isn’t full of junk and you feel oddly proud of yourself.

I was able to find exactly what I was looking for in just a couple of minutes. The layout was straightforward, the search worked well, and I liked that I didn’t have to click through a bunch of extra pages to get where I needed to go...

I was impressed with how well this was packed. The box showed up sturdy, everything inside was neat, and there were no leaks at all, no damp spots, no weird smells, no sticky corners, nothing rolling around loose. Even the little things were handled well, like the items being snug, the packaging not being crushed, and everything looking like it had been packed with some care. Overall, I was really happy with it.

Overall, I had a good experience ordering from The Organic Labs. The product was in good shape and packaged nicely, so no complaints there. Shipping was a little slower than I expected, which would probably bother me more if I needed it right away. Since I wasn’t in a huge rush, it wasn’t a big deal. I’d likely order again, especially if I had some extra time to wait.

I was kind of hoping for a big dramatic before-and-after moment, but it was more of a small improvement. It did help a little, so I’ll give it that, but it wasn’t some huge game-changer for me...

I ordered the wrong item and thought I was about to enter a whole refund nightmare. But nope, support was super chill, the return was easy, and the money came back way faster than I expected. What started as a mini disaster actually turned out painless.

I figured this would be tasty based on the look of it, and it was. The flavor is good, and the texture is nice and smooth, which is usually what I look for.

My experience with theorganiclabs.com was okay overall. I liked that the site was easy enough for me to use, and placing an order didn’t give me any trouble. But for me personally, I wanted more details about the company and the products before feeling fully comfortable. Some of the information felt a little too basic, so I was kind of on the fence about how much I trusted it. Nothing bad happened with my order, but I’d probably feel better using them again if they were more transparent.
